Kyi adopts a holistic and person-centred approach to care, considering the full spectrum of an individual’s life—including their personal history, cultural background, physical health, nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing. She is committed to providing evidence-based, tailored therapeutic support, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices.
Beyond her clinical work, Kyi enjoys a range of creative and outdoor activities including drawing, foraging, exploring nature, playing badminton, practicing recreational archery, and playing piano. She also enjoys audiobooks and video games and shares her home with a beloved dog and a tuxedo rescue cat named Oreo (also known as Ori).
Kyi is passionate about building a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
