Darren is a registered psychologist providing client-centred care for children, adults, couples and families. Darren works collaboratively with referring GP’s and health professionals to support clients experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges.
Darren has a particular interest in emotional regulation, behavioural change, relationship dynamics and life direction concerns. His approach integrates practical, structured interventions with a warm, engaging therapeutic style, helping clients gain clarity, build insight, and develop sustainable strategies for change.
He draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT) and schema-informed approaches. Sessions are individually tailored to each client with a focus on actionable outcomes and measurable progress.

·      Trauma-informed approach.
·      Behavioural change and habit formation.
·      Life transitions, values, and career clarity.

Darren welcomes referrals under Mental Health Care Plans, Work Cover, TAC, NDIS, Victims of Crime and private patients. In -person and telehealth appointments are available.
